They are such a sweet couple, and these pictures truly show it. Katie wanted me to take pictures that they could use for their Christmas card and also as Christmas gifts for their parents.

This handsome, little sweetheart is my nephew, Peyton.

He is one of the most beautiful babies that I have ever seen. 

I took these at his home in Dallas which captured the essence of Texas and the spirit of a little boy.

Matthew and Anna

 Delightfully engaged.
This was my first engagement session, and I could not have been more thrilled that it was with these two. I met the outgoing Matthew in college. His lively spirit needed a firecracker to tame him a little bit. Anna seemed to be the perfect match for him. I met this little blonde bombshell three years ago, and she is the complete package. Matthew and Anna married in October and had one of the most entertaining, gorgeous weddings that I have attended. 

Also, Anna found out on her wedding day that she passed the Louisiana State Bar Exam.

 Meet The Rowton Family

Nick, Ashley, and the handsome Ryan

One of the most amazing love stories of all time exists between these two. 

Nick, my brother, and Ashley were high school sweethearts. Sadly, they went their separate ways in college, but somehow made it back to each other. Nick married Ashley this past August and gained the most handsome, little boy Ryan. We were truly blessed to add a beautiful, giving sister-in-law and step nephew to our family. 

I thoroughly enjoyed taking their Christmas card pictures. Nick has a true passion for nature, so I found a beautiful spot to set the perfect tone for their pictures. This location is one of my absolute favorites.

Her grin is just the cutest thing!

After this shoot, on Thanksgiving day, Nick and Ashley surprised the family by telling everyone that Ryan would be a big brother! 

I am very excited to become an aunt and capture many moments with Baby Rowton!!

Kyle, Sarah, and little Kaden

I have known Kyle for my entire life. He has such a huge heart, and his sweet Kaden is the most smiley and happy little boy you could ever meet. Then, there is Kyle's wife, Sarah, who I have known for over 5 years now. She has a kind spirit that is so inviting. You can't help but love this sweet family that is so dear to me. We have a friendship that I hope will continue to unfold. My goal in their shoot was to capture a “day in the life of” which is my very favorite style to photograph.  It was very enjoyable to watch and document the love that this family has for each other.
